A much-loved local institution, the Li Xiu staples of rich, sticky ribs, bubbling hot pots and sweet, salty fried noodles are at the same time familiar and exotic. Named in honour of his beloved grandparents, and working together with son David, Wei’s ongoing exploration of Chinese cuisine is very much a family affair.
